Academy Award winners Viola Davis and Allison Janney have teamed up for a new film. “Troupe Zero” is now shooting and a movie casting call is looking for a ton of extras! Casting directors are scouring New Orleans for men and women. Models and actors who are ages 18 through 18 are being hired for a variety of roles. The team is in need of people to portray elderly church ladies, siblings and judges. These scenes will be filming for several days. Chosen talent will need to attend a costume fitting before the shoot. Anyone who applies must be available for all of the shoot days. ELDERLY CHURCH LADIES: Currently casting 60’s-80’s looking women (18+ years old, any ethnicity) to portray church ladies at the annual Girls Scouts style jamboree!
SIBLINGS: Currently casting high school age – 20’s looking men and women (18+ years old, any ethnicity) to portray siblings at an annual Girl Scouts style jamboree!
JUDGES: Currently casting 20’s-50’s looking women (18+ years old, any ethnicity) to portray Judges judging the performance groups at the annual Girls Scouts style jamboree!
WORK DATES: Friday June 1st, Saturday June 2nd, Tuesday June 5th, and Wednesday June 6th in Madisonville, Louisiana.
REQUIRED FITTING: in Harahan, LA Tuesday, May 29th OR Wednesday, May 30th.
Please keep in mind that this is a period piece set in the 1970s: braces, unnatural hair color and ultra-modern haircuts will NOT be considered!
Pay Rate: $94/10 hours for each work day + $23.50/2 hour fitting
