The Duece was a surprise smash hit on HBO. The series was picked up for a second season and casting directors need you to help bring some scenes to life. An acting casting call is looking for men. Casting directors are in need of Caucasian males ages 20 to 65 years old. Actors will be portraying peep show customers. Filming will be in New York City on May 23rd. Chosen extras will also need to attend a costume fitting on Tuesday, May 22nd. If you are looking for a paid acting job you are in luck! Selected talent will receive $143.00 for ten hours. About the Show
The Deuce follows the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early 1970s through the mid-1980s, exploring the rough-and-tumble world that existed there until the rise of HIV, the violence of the cocaine epidemic and the renewed real estate market all ended the bawdy turbulence. -Must have 1970s appropriate hair or be able to provide a wig (NO buzzcuts, shaved heads, shaved sides, edging, fades, braids, dreadlocks, highlights, weaves, etc. Ideal length for men is 2in-5in afro, ideal length for women is above shoulder length!)
