Auditions for the coming oi age feature ‘The Fault In Our Stars’ are starting soon and actors of all ages can apply today for consideration for a number of available roles.

ABOUT THE MOVIE:

‘The Fault In Our Stars’ will be adapted from the incredible novel by acclaimed author John Green that tells the touching story of sixteen year old cancer patient Hazel Grace Lancaster who is forced to attend a support group for children living with cancer by her parents and ends up being changed forever by her experiences. Once there Hazel meets Augustus “Gus” Waters, a former high school basketball phenom who has lost his leg to his cancer and the two begin an amazing and achingly romantic journey together that deftly touches on the intense feelings of love, fear, confusion and hope that these young people are dealing with so bravely in the face of their illnesses. This fabulously popular story was named the #1 fiction book of 2012 by TIME Magazine and now the movie version that millions of fans around the world have been waiting for will soon be here.

The film is set to be directed by the tremendously gifted Josh Boone from a script by Scott Neustadter and Michael H. Weber, writers of the 2009 hit (500) Days of Summer starring Zooey Deschanel, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Chloë Grace Moretz. The Fault In Our Stars will star Golden Globe nominee Woodley (The Descendants, The Secret Life of the American Teenager, Divergent) alongside Nat Wolff (The Naked Brothers Band, Admission, New Year’s Eve), Ansel Elgort (Divergent, Carrie) and the Academy Award nominated Laura Dern (Jurassic Park, Enlightened, Citizen Ruth).   7. I was very inspired by this book and I would love to be an extra or have a small part in this film. I am a 13 year old 8th grader with brown hair, blue eyes, and I am about 4 feet 10 inches tall. I play soccer, run cross-country, and play piano.
