Honestly when Vampire Diaires first came out I didn’t watch it right away. After a couple years went by I happened to come across it on Netflix, I decided to watch it and after the Pilot I was hooked! I was thinking to myself why didn’t watch this earlier. Hi, my name is Agnes and I live in Stockholm. I’ve been speaking English fluently since I was 8 years old and I’m very good with accents. I have a good memory and I am therefore good with memorizing lines and scripts. I love acting and I went to a local drama school and I’ve done some school plays, but that’s about it. The interesting thing about acting is how you can totally disappear into a character and kind of lose yourself. I’ve had a rough childhood and I think acting has helped a lot. I can pretend to be somebody else and it’s a kind of escape from my own life I suppose. I’m a very emotional person so I’m good with expressing my emotions and going a bit overboard and be a drama queen. I’d also like to think that I’m good at controlling those emotions and know how to express and portray them in the right place and the right time. I’ve gotten away with a lot of things thanks to my ability to cry on cue. Many people think I’m good at things that I’m not really. For example sports. I’m not very good at basketball or soccer, but I act confident and I pretend to know what I’m doing and by doing that people think I’m good at it. I love The Vampire Diaries and the amazing storylines you come up with. But I must say, the thing that makes a show/movie/book come to life is the characters. Interesting characters is the key to sucess, and more importantly, what makes the storylines come to life. I’m quite shy and a thinker. So I kind of live in my brain. A lot of the things I think about never actually get’s said. This is probably the reason why I love acting. It gives me an opportunity to be another person, a more interesting person. Through that person I can express thoughts and opinions I wouldn’t have done in real life. I am a very organized person and I am always on time. I also love to sing and it’s a huge part of my life. I sing everything from opera to yodeling. I’ve been performing on stages and in various competitions since I was 11 and because of it I don’t suffer from stage fright and I’m comfortable with having a lot of people watching me. Acting and singing takes up a lot of my spare time, and I still go to school so I don’t really have time for any more activities like sports. Even so I’m quite good at racket sports like tennis and badminton. Although I don’t exercise very often I still have a very slim body because of my metabolism. I’m very musical and I can play the saxophone, the clarinett and the flute very well. I’ve attatched a picture with this email so you can see how I look.

I have an outgoing, warm, joyful personality. To contrast that, I can often be sarcastic and humorous. People call me dramatic; not in like an over-emotional type of way, but I can hype things up and act like this is the biggest thing to happen.This might sound conceited (I am supposed to be bragging about myself anyways), but I do not have enemies because I am a likable friendly person. If I got a gig on set it would be easy going and super fun because of my likable personality.
Going for a younger actor can sometimes be risky because of the flakiness, and lack of responsibility, but that is not me. I have a 3.5 in college and I am a full time student, have a part time job, and have internships at church and a radio station; so I know responsibility. Excuses are not in my personal philosophy, so I always get the job done.
I have been performing since 5th grade because I was in band and choir. My friends call me a “young Ella Fitzgerald” because of my voice. Adventuring is what I do in my down time: from hiking, rock wall climbing, to traveling. I am up to do pretty much anything.
One thing that sets me apart from many, is that I am not soul searching. I know who I am, and I know my abilities, emotionally and physically. It took me awhile to get to this place but I am able to vulnerable with others about myself and I can bring that to any character I play.
The Vampire Diaries is a real show. When ever I tell people that I watch this show they automatically think that it is just another type of twilight, but that is not the case. It is a show that has character development, with amazing acting, and twisting plots. Its a show that any actor should be excited to be a part of.
