The hit TV show Dynasty is coming back to television! Casting calls have now been released for extras to work on the reboot spinoff of the series. The CW has a new audition notice for models and actors. Casting directors are looking for males and females who are local to the Atlanta, Georgia area. Filming will begin on March 21st and run through at least April 3rd. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a spinoff of a very popular 80’s TV show. “Dynasty” ran for nine seasons from 1981 to 1989. This is a growing trend. TNT rebooted the former hit series “Dallas” which ran from 2012 – 2014. If you are looking for an acting job and want your chance to work on “Dynasty” apply to the casting call.
About the Show
According to Deadline, “The new Dynasty follows two of America’s wealthiest families, the Carringtons and the Colbys, as they feud for control over their fortune and their children. The series will be told primarily through the perspectives of two women at odds: Fallon Carrington, daughter of billionaire Blake Carrington, and her soon-to-be stepmother, Cristal, played by Kelley, a Hispanic woman marrying into this WASP family and America’s most powerful class”.
