Looking for something to do this Thursday and Friday? Why not work on a NBC TV show? The series “This is Us” is now casting background extras who are local to Memphis, Tennessee. Men and women of all ethnicities who are 18 – 70 years old are needed. They are especially in need of African American men and women. Filming is scheduled for Thursday, January 26th and Friday, January 27th. You may be selected to work both days however most people will only work one day or the other. All chosen talent will be paid. The series stars singer turned actress Mandy Moore and Sterling K. Brown who you may remember from the series “The People vs O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story”.

Roles & Requirements
TRAIN PASSENGERS: male and female, all ethnicities (although primarily African American), age range 18-80, variety of types, thin to medium/average build – shouldn’t be anyone too tall or overweight because this takes place in 1976 and period costumes will be provided, no trendy or modern haircuts or facial hair
We do not have Call Times yet and you would need to be fully 100% available on work date (regardless of what the wrap time ends up being!). MUST be available ALL DAY!! You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT!
Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). You will be paid overtime for anything over 8 hours at time & 1/2.You will receive a check in the mail usually 14-16 business days AFTER you work. (*WE do not handle payroll so checks are issued from the Production payroll company)
Location is in the MEMPHIS, TN area. *We will not be reimbursing travel to MEMPHIS nor providing accommodation in the area – Local Memphis Hire ONLY
