Are you looking for a TV show audition? A new NBC casting call is searching for adult and child models and actors to work on season 5 of their hit show “Chicago PD”. Producers are searching for kids, teens and adults to be a part of an upcoming neighborhood scene for a new episode. In the scene, residents will be watching a church being rebuilt. The team is looking for African American actors and models who are local to the Chicago area to work on the series.
About the Show
At the center of “Chicago P.D.” is Detective Sgt. Hank Voight (Jason Beghe), who is at ground zero against the war on crime in Chicago. He will do anything to bring criminals to justice. Handpicked as the head of the unit is Voight, who has assembled a team of diverse detectives who share his passion and commitment to keeping the city safe. They include Antonio Dawson (Jon Seda), who is more levelheaded and “by the book” than his counterpart; Jay Halstead (Jesse Lee Soffer), a brash young cop who previously saw active military duty in Afghanistan; Halstead’s partner Erin Lindsay (Sophia Bush), a former “bad girl” who turned her life around with Voight’s help; Alvin Olinsky (Elias Koteas), an experienced undercover detective and confidante for Voight; Adam Ruzek (Patrick John Flueger), a quick-witted cadet plucked from the police academy as Olinsky’s partner; and Kevin Atwater (LaRoyce Hawkins), a charismatic patrolman who was recently brought upstairs. Kim Burgess (Marina Squerciati) and her new desk partner, Julie Tay (Li Jun Li), work the streets on a daily basis as uniform patrol officers and cooperate with Intelligence whenever necessary. Role & Requirements
Casting directors are looking for African American men, women and kids for an upcoming neighborhood scene. They are seeking males and females who are ages 9 through 60’s. They are also seeking some cars so actors may be asked to use their vehicle as well.
ROLES: Seeking African American males/females, ages: 9-60s, to play neighborhood residents watching a church being rebuilt/construction site. Exterior (outside) scenes only. Some may be booked with their vehicles to look like neighborhood parking. Minors under 16 YO must have a valid Minor Work Permit (please attach a copy of their permit in your submission).
PAY RATE: $84 for up to 8 hours of work & time and a half for anything after 8. IF booked with your vehicle = +$35 Auto Bump to your pay out.
FILMS: Tuesday, November 29th; films on location NEAR Marquette Park; potential morning start.
