Casting Call for Boys 9-12 for Ongoing Role in New York City
There is a new casting call for an incredible opportunity! Here is a chance for boys to have an on-going role in an upcoming HBO series starring James Franco. Casting directors are looking for a brunette Caucasian boy to play the son of a principal character for a featured role. This takes place in 1971 so the actor needs to be able to pull off this look.
About the Series
The Deuce follows the story of the legalization and subsequent rise of the porn industry in New York’s Times Square from the early 1970s through the mid-1980s, exploring the rough-and-tumble world that existed there until the rise of HIV, the violence of the cocaine epidemic and the renewed real estate market all ended the bawdy turbulence. Roles & Requirements
Grant Wilfley Casting is looking for Caucasian boys between the ages of 9 and 12 years old to play the son of a principal character. This is an on-going role and is a very featured role!
There will be future TBD dates through October, as this will be ongoing featured work.
All minors must have valid NY work permit (or is willing to get one) and trust account set up.
PLEASE NOTE: NO very modern haircuts, unnatural hair colors, buzzcuts, shaved sides. This is a period piece that is set in the 1970’s.
Everyone must have TWO VALID forms of UNRESTRICTED US-issued ID to fill out an I-9. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A VISA OF ANY KIND!

-a short video to submit to production (an acting reel or short video that shows your child’s personality is great!)
