Do you love Comedy Central? Would you like the opportunity to work on one of their TV shows? The network has added a new TV show to their lineup and they want you to be in the series! The television show “Southside” is filming its first season and a new casting call has been released! Models and actors are needed to be background extras. Casting directors are accepting submissions from men and women ages 18 and older of all ethnicities.
The team is also specifically searching for African American men and women ages 18 and older. This role is for family members at a restaurant so applicants must have a “Sunday best” wardrobe to wear. The shoot will be on Wednesday, July 12th, 2017 in Chicago, Illinois. Pay for selected talent is $88.00 for 8 hours. About the Show
Written by Bashir Salahuddin, Diallo Riddle and Sultan Salahuddin, this workplace comedy is set in and around a rent-to-own business on the South Side of Chicago (where the Salahuddins grew up). All three writers will have roles on the show.
