Casting Call for Special Request Roles on Fox’s “Shots Fired” in Charlotte, NC
The Fox series event “Shots Fired” is seeking some some special request roles for the upcoming filming. They are looking for a teen with a Hoverboard, father and son, a bartender and a young grandmother type. The photos will be selected by the director as the roles are important to the scenes. According to Deadline, the event series examines the dangerous aftermath of racially charged shootings in a small town in Tennessee. There were reports that the show revolves around a shooting between an African-American cop killing a white teen in Tennessee. There is an expert investigator who digs into the cases, alongside a special prosecutor sent to the town by the Department of Justice. The pair must navigate the media attention, public debate and the social unrest that comes with such volatile cases, as they seek justice before the divided town erupts.

Must be able to shoot in Charlotte or a surrounding area
You must be able to go to any location as needed (as a local)
Be available for hour filming days if needed
Requirements To Apply
FATHER AND SON (approx. 10 years or so) -CAUCASIAN. Prefer for the to be actual Father and Son. Son will for sure be seen in a Panthers or sports team Jersey. So if you have them -or son does -you may want to wear them in Photo you send of both of them together. Please submit with heading FATHER/SON.
HOVERBOARD TEEN -AFRICAN AMERICAN TEEN MALE or male that can still pass as a teen. Must own their own hoverboard and be experienced at riding it. Director would like to see a quick video of you doing such (which you can take with a cell phone) along with your photo and information.

BARTENDER/COP BAR -CAUCASIAN MALE – FORMER COP type (50′s -early 60′s). Must be available thru out season if needed.
Submit with heading BARTENDER/FORMER COP.
AFRICAN AMERICAN FEMALE 50′s-60′s Young Grandmother Type. MUST HAVE ACTING EXPERIENCE/TRAINING. Please include such experience and training with your submission.
Submit with heading Young GRANDMOTHER w/ACTING EXPERIENCE.
