ABC scored a major hit with it’s fairytale drama series ‘Once Upon A Time’ so much so that it left it’s millions of fans wanting more – well now they’ve got it in the form of the all new spin-off series ‘Once Upon A Time In Wonderland’. Production for this sure to be hit is set to begin very shortly and it’s casting directors have begun their search for talented performers of all ages to fill a number of fabulous roles throughout the season. Submissions are being accepted now and interested actors can apply for consideration today in what could be the biggest hit of the TV season.
‘Once Upon A Time In Wonderland’ is being brought to television screens everywhere by Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, the creative team behind ‘Once Upon A Time’ and will feature an impressive cast that includes the rising talents of Sophie Lowe (The Clinic, Beautiful Kate) and Emma Rigby (The Counselor, Prisoners Wives) along with industry all-stars Naveen Andrews (Lost, The English Patient) and two time Academy Award nominee and five time Emmy winner John Lithgow (3rd Rock From The Sun, Terms Of Endearment).

I haven’t had experience in professional acting unless we add in the classroom plays I have in my school. My teachers had always wanted me to act everytime we have classroom plays and that the only opportunity I had for acting because my school never had theater classes or such.
But my school had made this professional movie with a very experienced director and crew, called “Hiyaw: a shout from within” and my classmate is one of the major cast because she was always chosen by my teachers for beauty contests, not giving any chances for other students. I really wanted to join the movie but they didn’t give me the chance to audition.
The school picked the cast themselves, they didn’t even hold an audition for the movie but I did get to see them at work. The director chose my family’s apartment room as a house for one of the actors. It gave me the chance to see them act.
As they started working on the scenes, I was sitting there in the side-lines watching them act and repeat the scenes again and again. It inspired me to try and be an actress no matter how hard it was.
I believed that even though acting would be hard for an aspiring amateur like myself, I can change because I can work hard just to surpass the obstacle in front of me.
I’m not asking for a major role in this series because I know that I’m not that experienced yet but if given the chance, even if it was just a minor extra or a substitute for the extras, I would take it.

I’m a twenty-two year old opera singer from Ottawa, ON and I’m currently studying to complete my Masters in Opera Performance at UBC in Vancouver, BC. As a former high jumper and figure skater, I’m 5′ 10″ and a proud blonde. I’m an avid musical theatre nerd and have performed in numerous operas and musicals over the past twelve years.
