Are you looking for your next acting job? The new James Cameron movie Alita: Battle Angel is now casting male and female actors and models. Filming is taking place in Austin, Texas so local men and women are needed. Currently casting directors are looking for new faces who have not yet worked on the movie. They are looking for males and females of all ethnicities who have a nerdy or scientist type look to portray lab techs. The background actor roles will film for one or more days.

About the Movie

The story is set in a 26th-century dystopian future and follows an amnesiac cyborg played by Rosa Salazar. After being rescued from a scrap heap by a doctor, she becomes a bounty hunter tracking down criminals. [Variety]

Men & Women, Any ethnicity, Age 25-50 needed. Applications not a guarantee of work.

If selected, positions are paid. Opportunities for 1 day or several days depending on look needed for specific scenes.

When submitting please include name, phone #, location (Austin?), height/weight and attach plenty of clear, well-lit, high resolution current photos both close up AND full length.

IMPORTANT: MUST be Texas resident w/ valid Texas ID who lives in (or at least close nearby) to Austin, TX since shoots days can change at the last minute and call times are likely very early or late night. **Please don’t submit if you’re not local to the area or nearby.**
NOTE: When working on film, all electronic devices, including phones, will be collected for the entirety of the shoot day. Access likely limited to only one phone check in a 12 hour time period. Anyone uncomfortable with giving up electronic devices should not apply.
