Movie Auditions for Native American Actors in New Mexico
There is an incredible new opportunity to have a speaking role in a major feature film! The movie “Hostiles” that is starring Batman himself, Christian Bale is now casting for two speaking roles. This is a chance for you to be a part of telling a true story! Casting directors are seeking a Native American woman ages 20’s to 40’s and a Native American male elder who is ages 60 -90’s. Both actors must be able to learn to speak lines in Lakota. The movie is filming in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area.
About the Movie
Hostiles, set in 1892, tells the story of a legendary Army captain who agrees to escort a dying Cheyenne war chief (Wes Studi) and his family back to tribal lands. The project, which also stars Rosamund Pike, is based on a three-decades old screenplay by Donald Stewart (Missing) rewritten by Cooper. Beach, a Canadian First Nations actor, plays the character Black Hawk. [ Deadline]

2) NATIVE AMERICAN MALE ELDER age 60s-90s who can learn to speak lines in LAKOTA

Submissions should be sent in right away, no later than July 30th. Auditions are set to be held in late July through early August. The movie will be filming September through October. Auditions and filming will be in the Santa Fe, New Mexico area
PAY: SAG approx $900/day or $3,000/week
