Casting Call for Men & Women for Red Oaks in NYC
There is a new opportunity to appear on an upcoming television series. The Amazon series “Red Oaks” is looking for men and women to play 1986 New York City rooftop party goers. The show is filming in New York City on June 15th. The casting team is seeking background actors in their 20’s to early 30’s.
About the Show
Set in suburban New Jersey in 1985, Red Oaks centers around college student David Meyer–a young man at a crossroads as he tries to figure out who he is and what he wants to be in this world. He gets a summer job as an assistant tennis pro at the Red Oaks Country Club and while there, David finds himself the recipient of unsolicited life advice from a colorful group of coworkers and club members. Roles & Requirements
Grant Wilfley Casting is now accepting submissions from men and women to play NYC Rooftop Party Goers in 1986. There will be a wardrobe fitting date for selected actors before the shoot. Candidates should be able to pull of the 1980’s look and be available for the shoot on Tuesday, June 14th.

Fittings either: Fri 6/10, Mon 6/13, or Tues 6/14. Tentatively works on Wednesday 6/15 in Manhattan. Applicants must be available for the shoot date and one of the fitting dates.
This is the summer of 1986 so applicants must have period appropriate hair.
No tattoos or tattoo sleeves.
